Q.
What can you offer me?
A. We are an event decorating company which specialises
in balloon decor and the hirage of decorative event items for
DIY corporate events, weddings and special ocassions.
Q.
When do I need to return my hire items?
A. Hire
items are rented on a daily basis. We allow pick up the day before
your event and return the day after (unless otherwise agreed).
You will be asked to sign a general hire
agreement on pick up or delivery.
Q.
What if a hire item goes missing or is damaged by us?
A. Any
damages or breakages are your responsibility and will be charged
at replacement value.
Q.
Is there a bond?
A. No. However, we hold your credit card details
on file. In the event of lost or damage you will be charged the
replacement cost. We will always phone or email you first to discuss
before deducting your card.
Q.
How do I pay? When do I need to pay?
A.
We accept all major credit cards and internet banking instructions
are provided on your invoice. We may ask for a small deposit to
secure your date and the balance is payable 3 working days before
your event. Please read our terms and conditions
for more details.

Can I pick up or do you deliver?
A. Either. Whatever suits you. There is a small
delivery fee depending on location.
Q.
We are theming our wedding. What can you offer us?
A. We specialise in theming events and have props,
theming balloons and hire items.
Q.
Can I view items before I hire them?
A. Yes. Just phone to make an appointment with
one of our event decorators at our showroom.

FAQ
about balloon decor
Q.
How long will my balloons last?
A. Helium balloons will float for approx 12-24 hours depending
on climate. Air filled balloons can last for weeks. Foil balloons
float for over a week (filled with helium) and can be refilled
to extend float time.
Q.
How long will my balloon gift item last?
A. We select giant foil balloons for all our balloon bouquets
so they willl float for weeks. We use a conditioning agent called
Ultra high float on all latex balloons to extend
their lifespan.
Q.
How soon in advance do I need to book?
A. We can arrange helium balloons at short notice if
orderd before 3pm on any given day. However, event decorating
balloon decor needs to be booked in advance.
Q.
Do you deliver?
A. Yes! There is a small delivery fee which we will let you know
at time of booking.
Q.
Do you allow pick ups?
A.
Yes! However, please bear in mind that balloons are bulky and
you will only get a few in a car. We offer a cost
effective delivery service Auckland wide.
Q.
Do you set up?
A.
Yes! Any balloon decorating work is set-up. We offer a clean up
service the following day for corporate event work.
